Two daily all-age (5–18) practices are held at the Glenmont Pool Monday through Friday (unless otherwise noted in the Team Calendar). Swimmers may choose to attend either one of these two practices.
Practice #1 — 5:45–6:45 p.m.
Practice #2 — 6:45–7:45 p.m.
June 17–July 18

Two daily all-age (5–18) practices are held in the morning at Glenmont Pool Monday through Friday, and an evening practice is held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (unless otherwise noted in the Team Calendar). Swimmers may choose to attend any one of these practices per day.
Morning Practice #1 — 8:00–9:15 a.m.
Morning Practice #2 — 9:15–10:15 a.m.
PM Practice (only offered M, T, TH) — 8:00–9:00 p.m.
